At this time we've been indecisive with respect to settling on an AC Model and Contractor. Due to the complexity of the issues involved, the upward steep learning curve, and the financial expense, we are still deciding. Nevertheless, we want to mention Eric and James (Estimator): They have been so professional, knowledgeable and patient with us, we felt we couldn't let it pass without writing this review.

Annual Inspection

Derek completed our annual inspection. He was both professional and courteous. Walked us through every phase of work and took care not to leave a mess. Derek was very informative about potential problems without being too pushy. I was very satisfied with all the work that was completed.

Central Air issue

James is knowledgeable, polite, and helpful. I couldn’t be more pleased to have him service our central ac. He found the problematic relay and got it working properly and explained the possible future options if the relay fails in the future. He’s a real gentleman.

We had a leak in the ceiling in our master bathroom. Bill saw that it was coming from our upstairs neighbor. We found him to be very knowledgeable and professional and would use Varsity again if we have another plumbing issue.

Eddie arrived right on time. Checked the A/C temperature & proceeded to put the dye in the unit in order to determine the source of the leak. He further explained that Varsity would return in about 30 days to trouble shot the unit once the dye identified the source of the leak. Eddie was a true professional!
