Derek was the technician that came to my home to look at my AC Unit. Not only was he professional and knowledgeable but he also explained everything to me and the options that I had. He was prompt and a pleasure to meet. Highly recommend !!

James and his assistant were so nice, explaining everything as he went along. He also explained about the service plans for which I took a 1 year plan. This was my first experience with Varsity and I am very pleased. James had a lot to do with that.
