Jason was very thorough, polite and considerate.

Elizabeth was very nice upon meeting. Being a woman in a male industry was surprising, but her professionalism, tranparency and knowledge more importantly stood out to me. She was honest and that goes along way in today's world. Varsity has a golden lady in their company. Great job! I appreciate your work ethics

James saved the day getting us scheduled for a new install the very next day during the peak of summer and insanity of the ongoing Covid crisis. He was helpful, patient and Varsity, you are fortunate to have a tech that cares about your customers so much! Well done.

Derek is very personable, efficient and informative, keeping us aware of what the repair entailed. He even apologized that he couldn’t get the AC up and running immediately and for the costs due to our failed motor. It was all very congenial and refreshing.

Unfortunately this is the first time I had a problem with Varsity. I was told 8-4 to fix my air conditioning. After waiting all day, the repairman showed up at 7:30 on the evening. I was offered the next day at about 6 o’clock but they could t guarantee me to be first so I wasn’t going to wait all day again. Derek the service technician was very nice and personable. I appreciated that after waiting for over 11 hours on a very hot and humid day. I had to wait two more days for a part which I did anticipate. Another reason I didn’t want to put off service to the next day. I thought the price was on the high side compared to other repairs done previously by Varsity. At this point I’m not sure I’d use the company again. Unfortunately this service call left a bad taste in my mouth with the exception of Derek.

James Kelly did a great job servicing my AC and getting my house cool again. He was prompt, professional and efficient. Scheduling with Christine was fast and easy and she was very accommodating. I would highly recommend.
