Fantastic work by Derek He explained everything he was going to do before he did it and what numbers he wanted to see. Also if numbers didn’t match he explained how he would get to them. I have a tight attic he went up there and fully fixed what was wrong highly knowledgeable and polite I recommend him to anyone.
