Got my AC working quickly. Derek is a true professional. Very thorough and polite. It’s so nice to have a technician that knows what he is doing.

Varsity Home Service is the true definition of what customer service should be. From my initial call speaking to the customer service representative, I just felt as though I was speaking to a family member who genuinely cared. My central air condition had stopped working and I needed a entire new unit ( coil , condenser and a furnace). I scheduled in total 5 estimates and decided to go with Varsity simply because James the technician who came to view the unit was friendly, honest and not a pushy sales person. He took his time to explain everything to me and was very professional. The day of the installation, Matt and David were my technicians who came. They were prompt and kept me informed of everything that they were doing throughout the day. I liked how they put rugs on my floor and stair cases so they wouldn't bring dirt to and from outside. I would definitely recommend that anyone in Long Island to use this company for any of your home services needs!

Elizabeth is top-notch and provides excellent service. She is polite, thorough and patient. I liked that she told us upfront how she was going to proceed with our plumbing inspection. She was patient in answering all questions and ensuring we were satisfied. I highly recommend Elizabeth for any plumbing job.
