Matthew is an excellent technician. He was friendly, professional, courteous, knowledgeable and performed a thorough inspection along with the additional work needed to be performed. Tour tech did a great job. He checked the ac system, cleaned the fan assembly and did a very complete job. He should get a raise.

James was awesome. Came out nice and early to make sure I could get on with my day. Ran a diagnostic and gave me three options with pricing for each. Did not try to oversell or make me feel like I made the wrong decision because I took the lesser option. Worked quickly and extremely professional the whole time.

Conner, the technician, was fast and professional when fixing my A/C . He found a little problem in my thermostat that others had missed. Next year when I switch my sad old A/C over to a mini-split system, I will be sure to request Conner.
