We received a call half hour prior to his arrival, where he was wearing all of the appropriate PPE at the time he started. Diagnosed the issue, had all of parts in vehicle and repaired what needed to be repaired quickly and efficiently.

I want to thank Varsity for sending Matt to install the A/C condenser and coil. He was extremely knowledgeable and qualified. Both he and Hunter were friendly and courteous and took great care to be neat.

Derrick came to inspect my central air conditioner and was more than helpful and knowledgeable. He changed the thermostat that wasn't user friendly for me and instructed me on its use. He was super polite and friendly. He even offered to bring some heavy garbage to the curb for me. Thank you Derrick and Varsity for employing such an excellent technician.

Eddie came to our house to make a proposal for an air cooling system. He was polite, professional and practiced all necessary precautions during the pandemic - face mask, no-contact appointment. He asked for permission prior to placing his iPad on our counter.
