James was a great support. We had to choose between a repair or upgrade to a new unit. We decided to go with the new unit. James gave us the full choices in detail and pros and cons of each choice. He was patient and then did a full survey of our house to see if a 2.5 ton unit was enough for our house. We will see how the new unit will be for our house once it is installed.
