Very happy with service

My experience today with Edward from Varsity home service was great. He was able to figure out the problem with my Navien system. Unfortunately today we were not able to have it fixed completely today but he assured us That they will be ordering the part we need and it will be fixed as soon as possible. Very happy we called this company to help us in our time of need.

We had to replace our boiler, and fast. Varsity got a team over to our house the next day to install a Navian tankless system. They worked efficiently, and most importantly neatly. Connor, Matt, and Will were all extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They also made sure to utilize all the necessary protective gear, which during these times is extremely important for, not only their safety, but for the safety of my family. They put in an extremely long day, to make sure that all the work was completed and that we had both heat, and hot water in the same day. They also removed all the old materials. There was 1 minor issue, and Eddie had to come out the following morning, to look at it. He followed the same M.O. as his co-workers the day before and was organized, clean, and wearing all necessary protective gear. He explained what he was doing each step of the way and was very pleasant the entire time. I will utilize Varsity's service from here on out for sure. Their pricing seemed to be on par with what I had expected. And while it wasn't the cheapest, you do not get, that level of service, quality, and response for the cheapest price. Thanks for your outstanding work!
