I had a tech come to my condo, address the situation and offer a solution. He was patient with me and very informative. I am happy I called Varsity. They are coming tomorrow to fix my heating valve.

Varsity came in and replaced our complete AC system. Big job. They came early, finished by the end of the day. Were polite, clean, courtesy and worked very hard. Would not hesitate to recommend the Varsity Team!!

Jim was a great representative for Varsity. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and well-prepared for the Covid situation with mask , gloves. and shoe coverings.Jim methodically and efficiently checked and serviced all of the components of our air conditioning system, explaining each step. We were very pleased and would request him again for any future service needs.

My experience today with Edward from Varsity home service was great. He was able to figure out the problem with my Navien system. Unfortunately today we were not able to have it fixed completely today but he assured us That they will be ordering the part we need and it will be fixed as soon as possible. Very happy we called this company to help us in our time of need.
