Jim was here last Monday and did a very good job on our furnace. He explained everything he was doing and was very pleasant to talk to. Every time he went out and came back in he took off and put back on the his shoe protectors. Very nice guy!!

Connor, as many other Great Varsity Technicians, took on our beast of burden: Navien. Connor was patient, educated, professional and talented diagnostician. It actually took a weekend to get this beast of a machine, to work right. Connor was willing to wait out the shipped parts, the faulty "O" rings and other stuff, and come back to finish the Navien. Great Work.
