I had a complicated mess The repair people that came to my home explained what had happened then explained what was needed to repair the situation They were exceptional they came the time that was promised they were neat and very courteous Varsity plumbing should be proud to hVe these 2 as part of your company. James assessed my situation and determined it needed additional area of expertise. Instead of attempting to fix something out of his scope, he communicated with dispatcher to arrange for appropriately skilled technician for the the job involved. I appreciate his honesty and coordination in getting the problem solved. as well as giving me the reassurance that further efforts will be made.

Tim showed up very fast. Helped address a gas issue in my house that was an emergency. Helped prevent having to relocate me, my wife and 4 year old little girl on one of the coldest nights. Very friendly and did great work. I would recommend them to anyone.
