From the time I spoke to someone in the office to schedule a consultation to the first appointment for the winter furnace check I was confident that this company was great. I haven't needed to call in an emergency but I'm sure if the service thus far is an indication of their professionalism and concern for their customers I'll be in good hands and that is comforting as a single woman who depends on contract service . Highly recommend Varsity.

Will is an outstanding technician. He came and did the work and was polite, efficient and also did an outstanding job. Condensation boiler maintenance

Scheduled the annual boiler check and Varsity sent tech Ed over to handle the job. I mentioned the boiler was not running as well as I thought it should and asked him to investigate. His diagnosis turned up a couple of problems which he fixed and now the boiler runs like new. Quiet and efficient ready for winter. Can't say the price was cheap, but I will say reasonable and well worth it. Ed has been to the house on several occasions. He's always friendly and outgoing and does a great job explaining what the job entails. We've used Varsity for many years and are very satisfied.
