Licensed plumber was excellent. Great knowledge, cordial, helpful and professional. Suggestion; Be more astute in managing over promising and under delivering. Appointment time was missed. Suggest calling the customer and informing same that due to un forseen circumstances technician will be late. This can mollify customer's frustration and not necessitate a no charge strategy. {An offer to not charge for the call was accepted ]
