Called on Saturday b/c my ac went, they told me they won't be able to get here till Monday or Tuesday, however a few hours later they showed up at my door. The tech found the issue right away and fixed it. Great company and great tech. Will use varsity again.

I cannot praise them more (are 10 stars available?). We are “elderly” and lost our whole house A/C on 6/27/19. I called their number at 9 AM and spoke to a manager named Christina who was not only available, but understanding and efficient. She set up a call for us and we were visited by a technician named James Kelly. James was terrific and got our 34 year old unit up and running. He said that because the unit was so old it could go again and I agreed. I then asked what a new unit would cost and when could I get it. I ordered the new unit and it was scheduled and installed the next day by three hard working young men named Santiago, Matt and Alex. They were so great, neat and pleasant in the hot working conditions we were experiencing. I could not believe that there are such talented and pleasant workers still available. All were a credit to their company and have made me a fan that will use their services in the future for cooling, heating and plumbing and I will recommend them to any, who ask for a referral,

Prompt service, very professional.
Most responsive to inquiries about need for new boiler. Seemed the most buttoned up and professional. When Connor and his team arrived, they were very considerate, even wearing booties when coming into the house. Installation took longer than expected, but they stayed on estimate. From start to finish, an A+ job.
