From the moment you contact Varsity you are greeted by a polite and professional help desk. Jennifer (as well as others) take their time to understand the issue you are calling about and then direct you to the correct manager who then provides your appointment and the correct technician for your job. In this case, Eric provided us a very knowledgeable technician, David who corrected our plumbing issue in a timely and expert manner. The work was completed to our highest satisfaction. Dave took special care of our home protecting our wood floors etc. I have been a Varsity customer for over 10 years and will continue to??a special thank you to Eric for always keeping in close contact with us prior to, during and after the job. Eric goes above and beyond to accommodate your schedule and make sure your plumbing issue becomes a distant memory ??

Derek Labarbera arrived at my house today for manintence checkup on my air conditioner. He was friendly and explained what he needed to do. He also was very professional and completed the work within a reasonable time.

My Central Air was freezings. Called Varsity they scheduled my appointment for the next day. Representative throughly check the system IMy husband and I agreed to to replace the unit and in two days it was installed ( on a holiday weekend). Great Company to work with
