Outstanding service and follow up
My experience with Varsity was outstanding. My service technician Craig explained everything in great detail and was extremely courteous to us. He did not try to upsell anything but rather gave us options for us to consider going forward. On top of the great service their customer care specialist Erica reached out to us the next day to make sure we were satisfied with Craig and the work he performed. In addition Erica provided a summary of everything told to us as well as financing options for consideration. I highly recommend Varsity for any heating and cooling situations that might arise.

Hot Water Tank Problems
Vidal came on Friday to evaluate our hot water tank problems. After he explained options, we decided on replacement. He arrived around 9 AM on Saturday with Luis, and the two of them installed the new tank, a filtration system, and associated plumbing in 3.5 hours. They were quick, courteous, and explained all very well. When finished, they cleaned everything up and left us some suggestions to consider. We were very happy with the work
Exceptional Specialist
Vidal is a very knowledgeable, personable, respectful and efficient individual. He was honest upfront as to what Varsity can and cannot do for us. He sat down with us and informed us of our options with very good explanations. We learned a lot. We believe Vidal is an asset to Varsity.
AMAZING JOB!
I had an install crew come to my home to install a ductless mini split system yesterday. From the moment I called, I was pleased with the customer service. From Dave the supervisor who answered all my questions, to Eric the general manager who accommodated me on the schedule, to Christine who helped me with finance concerns, to Vinny who conducted my walk thru prior to the install, to the install crew themselves, it was a great experience all the way through. I received an email with photos of the technician's prior to their arrival, so I knew who to expect. They came on time, arrived in uniform and kept my home clean. They explained what would be done prior to starting the job, so that they could customize it to my liking. This team was very professional, and their work was FLAWLESS. Kevin, Tommy, and Colin were very polite, and kind, the entire time they were here. I couldn't be any more pleased with my experience from start to finish. I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of HVAC services in their home. 5 stars and two thumbs up! So very happy that I chose them for the job. I will certainly be using them again in the future. Thank you Varsity for a job well done, so happy to finally have cool air in my home.
Plumbing Checkup
Ray Capotosto, the plumbing technician was great. He explained all my plumbing systems and hookups in my basement. He was friendly, competent and patient when I had some questions.
Excellent plumbing serviice
I had the plumbing team of Luis and Ray over to the house to replace a rotting iron pipe in my basement. They both exbited professionalism and dedication that matched the complexity of the job. This was my first experience using Varsity Home Services. Air Scrubber
I opted to have a recommended air scrubber added to my HVAC system. The technician, Craig was very personable, efficient and knowledgeable about the product. He got the job done quickly. I've had Varsity here for several jobs now and am very pleased with their service. Highly recommend them!
