When your boiler needs to be replaced in February while your pregnant wife is taking care of your two year old son it's not a good time. However, Connor, Danny & Keith from Varisty did a great job making my family feel comfortable and warm as quick as they could. Their skilled and professional work in a crisis truly exceeded my expectations. These guys were pros and it showed as they conquered any complications during a big complex job. Their commitment to service and pleasant yet informative communication was very much appreciated. They left my home in better shape than they found it. Feb. 2019 - Once again Varsity has come through for me... I was having a water pressure issue, Varsity assured me and quickly proved to me the cause of the problem was a clogged filter and nothing more. Here is what happened: Around the same time I started having the water pressure issue, SCWA had repaired a water main in front of my house which seems to have lead to excessive sediment which in turn clogged my filter. As courtesy Varsity had replaced the filter Free Of Charge and provided spare water filter, and also checked the condition of plumbing in the crawl space. Furthermore, Varsity had once again, taken the time to address my concerns by clearly explaining pertinent details, helping me better understand the functionality and how to better care for my Navien Heating System. * Thought for the day: Customer Service is partner ship between the Service provider and the customer. If anyone is unhappy with their Service provider, consider how you might respond when dealing with the matter - Patience and clear communication are key to resolving most problems.

Would highly recommend this company. They sent help very quickly when we had no heat and family members who were elderly and ill in our home. The technician explained what was wrong with our system and the alternative repair choices very thoroughly and clearly.We decided to replace our system and they were able to do it the next day.Very skilled and neat work.Labeled the working parts of my system clearly and explained how it worked.
