From initial salesman to installation of split unit all aspects were addressed in clear, concise answers with courtesy and respect. The installation by Alexis and Colin was professional, immaculate and care for my home. I would highly recommend Varsity Home Services to all who need quality respectful trained professionals who are confident in their craft and product. All work was completed, product use was explained and the worksite was immaculate when they were completed.

When my water heater started to leak I was concerned about what repair I would need and the cost. Service technician Luis S. arrived at my home within an hour of my contacting Varsity. Luis was knowledgeable, efficient, and very pleasant. He quickly diagnosed the problem and (without any salesman like pressure) explained what was needed. I felt so comfortable with Luis and trusted his advice. Therfore, I decided to have Luis do the repair. He was able to get the necessary supplies and water tank brought to my home and within a short period started the repair work. He kept me updated on the progress and completed the job within a few hours. Luis had great customer rapport and made sure I was totally satisfied with the work he did. He even made sure everything was cleaned up before leaving my home. I would definitely recommend Varsity to others in need of water tank replacement. I would also have no hesitation recommending Luis S to do your repair work!!
