"Varsity has proven to be an excellent company providing premium, quality service. The technicians are professional, highly skilled (they know their stuff!) & very courteous. The service is also a great value. Using Varsity has been one of the best decisions I’ve made."

"It is difficult to describe the gratitude & respect I have to Varsity! The crew was diligent, highly skilled, extremely responsible, respectful. I recommend them highly without reservation."

"I feel like a valued customer with their responsiveness & efficiency when there is an issue with my home. Highly recommend them after trying out a few other companies who are not as concerned for your business."

"When they say you’re joining the Varsity family, they’re not kidding! Every call was answered or immediately returned. I knew who was coming to my house by name & I got a confirmation call as well as a 30-minute reminder ahead of appointments. We highly recommend Varsity & thank them for their work."

"The Varsity team made it feel like a visit from a family member. Warm, friendly & engaging. Highly professional & inspired us with the utmost confidence. That personality really puts a human face on a service call. When there are many businesses to choose from, this makes all the difference to us. We’ll never look anywhere but to Varsity!"

"There is no question that we made the right choice to use this company. From the pleasant attitude of the receptionist to the salespeople & technical support, they showed concern as to what system would be best for our needs without pressure to upsell."

Ray has been the technician for two unrelated plumbing problems at our house. As many other reviewers have reported, Ray is a consummate professional. He’s very knowledgeable, personable, and brings those characteristics to every job he does. It’s a pleasure to have someone who takes such pride in their work. It’s becoming a rarity these days.

The oil burner stopped working so I called Varsity. On the same day Frankie showed up and fixed the problem. He was GREAT! I definitely want him for my yearly oil burner tune up. Thank you so much!

From initial salesman to installation of split unit all aspects were addressed in clear, concise answers with courtesy and respect. The installation by Alexis and Colin was professional, immaculate and care for my home. I would highly recommend Varsity Home Services to all who need quality respectful trained professionals who are confident in their craft and product. All work was completed, product use was explained and the worksite was immaculate when they were completed.
