Jake was very couteous..I needed a new natural gas boiler installed, and during the process as he went along, he explained everything to me. When he was done, cleanup was performed and left my half basement immaculate. I would highly recommend him to friends.

John is an excellent technician. He is experienced and has an excellent rapport when he finds something which was the case during the annual review. He was patient and explained what was needed and why in a way that was easy to understand. He was courteous and obviously takes great pride in his work. He cleaned up, beautifully, after the job was completed. My husband and I highly recommend John for any plumbing issues anyone may have.

Johnny C is a professional! He fully informed us of the problem and the different ways to solve it! He was courteous, empathetic to the situation, very knowledgeable and informed. He is the type of person a company keeps needs as a good foundation to create a customer servcie driven team that means customers come back. Johnny C from Varsity comes with a 5 Star rating! I am a very difficult person to please....he did it with ease....I higly recommend him to solve your plumming needs....no need to call anywhere else...but make sure you ask for Johnny C....he's the best!
