This is the first time I used this company. Varsity was recommended by a friend. I have used other plumbers in the past but was very impressed to have a service that can be reached 24/7. Very frustrating for me to call a plumber and hope to get a call back the same day if lucky. I needed a new toilet that was a certain model ordered and installed. Last week I had another plumber come in for an estimate and it took over a week to finally get a price. Henry was very professional and took the time to price out the job on the spot! It came in the same price as the other estimate Hopefully I will be pleased with the installation of my new Toto toilet with washlet when completed l.

Combination Boiler
Johnnatan is the best. He was sent to fix a problem with our combo system not providing hot water. Johnnatan found the issue fixed it and then made sure all gauges and the gas pressure were at appropriate levels. Johnnatan is an exceptional technician and is also very polite and neat. Thank you Varsity for hiring such an outstanding employee.
Plumbing Issue Repair
Varsity's service was great. We called in the morning, and they were able to send someone that afternoon. Plumbing issues were fixed that afternoon. Service was professional, quick, clean, and we were given advice how best to maintain our water valves. Would definitely call them again, and consider using them for other services as well.
