Finally 2 year problem found

Finally after 2 years the tech Ralph came and found the problem. Leaks in two units. Ralph was very professional and very pleasant. He came two days and finally found the issues that should have been found a year ago but the tech apparently that came didn't follow through. I would reccomend and ask for him on any future issues. Hopefully there won't be.....Ralph is an asset to the company. Thank you Ralph he listened when I got upset and explained everything and worked with me with the Company. Dave the manager also worked with me.

Frankie C is knowledgeable and likable. He took the time to get into our attic and uncovered problems with our system that no other company we have dealt with in the past took the time do. We trust him and this will be the only company we do business with going forward
