Service technician to the rescue

Our heating system broke down on a very cold day and we were happy with the response time from Varsity. We were also happy with V who handled the service call in a professional and friendly manner. We had many questions and he took the time to answer them thoroughly and explained what he was going to do. We felt he was very knowledgeable about our particular system Thank you V!

This was my first experience with Varsity home service and I was blown away. Vidal came to my house because I had a leak on my boiler and he assessed the situation with professionalism. The repairs that needed to be made were necessary and he explained throughly what needed to be done and why. Vidal made me feel very confident in his professional opinion to fix our system and I told him multiple times how much I appreciated him answering all my questions. He was patient and professional and fixed our system and I am grateful for his work and Varsity Home Service!

Robert Laudonio is an efficient and professional plumber. I was grateful that him and Justin Valicenti able to come back the following week to fix my bathroom main pipe . Justin and Robert did get the job done on the same day besides the pouring rain all day.

Absolutely impressed with Ramon and Jimmy's exceptional service in installing our new heating system. Their efficiency, professionalism, and attention to detail were outstanding. Vinny and Brian were at our home on a service call on Jan 11. They were here for a few hours. The job was excellent, clean and neat. They were respectful, polite and wonderful workers. We now have plenty of hot water!

Anthony came to inspect my gas furnace heating system as a follow up examination to a previous issue I had that my other company could not resolve and which Varsity was able to detect and resolve immediately. Anthony did a follow up maintenance inspection and detected a problem with the furnace's capacitor which he replaced. He was prompt in his arrival, personable and professional in his demeanor. Thank you to everyone at Varsity for their expeditious and skillful team of workers.

New toilet needed adjustment and repair

Robert came on time, was very knowledgeable and professional. He was able to correct the problem With the faulty new toilet. He also fixed the caulking at the base of the toilet.
