Ariel arrived on time and got to work. He took care of a small leak, and pointed another potential problem. With the help of another tech, they were able to rectify the problem in a matter of hours. Excellent work as always from Varsity.

We have used Varsity for all of our heating and air conditioning services for many years.The team member arrived on time, and was very knowledgeable and professional. He serviced our gas furnace to check it and prepare it for winter, explaining everything he did.We would definitely request the same team member for any future service.

Really appreciated Craig's assistance. He explained everything before doing it as well as answering all our questions. His personality is welcoming and enjoyable. He was careful in manoeuvring throughout the house. And, he made sure our HVAC system was running at maximum efficiency. We are so pleased with Craig that we are requesting be assigned to service our system whenever needed.
