Major HVAC/plumbing upgrade

Following a heating failure we decided to replace our 30 yr old main level furnace & AC units & 15 yr old water heater all at once. Varsity team of Alexis & Craig & Francisco showed up early the next day and completed the entire job in about 8 hours. Very competent, very efficient, very neat. Wouldn't know they'd been there except the heat was working, the hot water was hotter, and the A/C was cooler! Very satisfied. Another plus was Varsity current customer discount on the job. Plus, from experience, Varsity is always quick to respond in an emergency.

Ray and Jake were professional and knowledgable in all aspects of the job. We called in the morning and they were here by early afternoon. They left the area clean and made sure that the job was done to our satisfaction, while informing us of every step until completion. Varsity installed my hot water heater last week and couldn't ask for two more courteous, competent and professional workers to do the the job than Ramon and Jake. The entire process was made so much easier because of them.

Luiz arrived on time and got right to work. He was able to unclog the pump and get it running again. He was friendly and courteous and explained everything he did. 5 stars plus!! Another great experience with Varsity!!
