Nightmare of no heat & leaking hot water tank. Contacted Varsity & received rapid call back. The first in home consultation was within no time. Received an email with photos of techs who would be at my home. . Brian & V were efficient & considerate. I chose to contract as a result. Later that day, a rep came by with THREE space heaters to keep my home comfortable. Next day, bright & early, 4 great gentlemen came & installed a new boiler & water tank. They were considerate, clean and did a great job! I couldn’t be more pleased. Anyone needing work shouldn’t hesitate contracting Varsity Home Service. Without a referral, it is daunting to select a company. Hope this helps your decision.

My family and I were robbed of money and left with no heat for the whole weekend. I called for my burner not staying on. They sent 2 techs to my house on Friday afternoon. After the 100 dollar diagnosis of the problem they told me I need to full tune up and cleaning. They said that was causing the problem. After they did the work it was working. I paid 700 dollars. Within 2 hours of them leaving my heat stopped working again. I called back and they said they were sorry but they couldn't get back to my house till Monday. They said apologized and said they would make it right. Monday came and by then my son I had to keep home because my house was 55 degrees all weekend and he got sick. The techs came in looked at it and said oh you just need a small part. I said ok they swapped out the part and after 3 min it was working. Then they said it will be 600 dollars. I was shocked. They called the office and asked if they could do better with the price because I was not happy and I heard over the phone the manager saying no. I refused to pay and asked them to leave. I called up and spoke to the manager and after awhile he said what do you want to do I can't fix things for free. So we finally Decided on me having to still pay 200 dollars. They claim they are family run business but no family business would do this to somebody. I would never recommend this company to anyone. I'm still mad that I had to pay 200 for something that should of been diagnosed the first time.

Major HVAC/plumbing upgrade

Following a heating failure we decided to replace our 30 yr old main level furnace & AC units & 15 yr old water heater all at once. Varsity team of Alexis & Craig & Francisco showed up early the next day and completed the entire job in about 8 hours. Very competent, very efficient, very neat. Wouldn't know they'd been there except the heat was working, the hot water was hotter, and the A/C was cooler! Very satisfied. Another plus was Varsity current customer discount on the job. Plus, from experience, Varsity is always quick to respond in an emergency.

Ray and Jake were professional and knowledgable in all aspects of the job. We called in the morning and they were here by early afternoon. They left the area clean and made sure that the job was done to our satisfaction, while informing us of every step until completion. We would highly recommend Varsity and their employees to our friends and family.
