Heating inspection

Brandon C. Came today 10/17/2023 to do our yearly inspection on our heating system. He was very thorough and neat. He knows his business and was articulate in talking to my husband and myself. We are considering updating our heating system and he was very knowledgeable in the latest in heating systems. From 1 to 10 with 10 being the highest, I would give him a 10.

Larry arrived as scheduled for our annual hearing check-up. He was very knowledgeable and made some suggestions. He also noted a repair that needs to be addressed in our hot water tank. In addition to his knowledge, he is very professional and personable, and we were glad for his help today.

Craig K. is an excellent technician. We called varsity customer service due to safety malfunction of our gas furnace, The gas furnace only blowing cooled air and no heat coming out from the ignition. Luckily the customer service is kind enough to schedule us on the same day . We are very much thankful that the varsity customer representative able to dispatch a tecnician in the afternoon . Craig K. was excellent and very knowledgeable, efficient, kind, patient and pleasant technician. He is able to fix the furnace issue right away. He also explain to us that we need a wind proof chimney cap to prevent the furnace shotting down to safety. Thanks to the varsity team specially Craig. We have our heat back.
