Anthony was very professional and competent. He found an issue with the panel board and it needs to be replaced. He called Carrier and found it was very expensive. We discussed another option with his boss, but he thought the Carrier unit would be more efficient even though more expensive. He put in a lot of work.

We have used Varsity for all of our heating and air conditioning services for many years.The team member arrived on time, and was very knowledgeable and professional. He serviced our gas furnace to check it and prepare it for winter, explaining everything he did.We would definitely request the same team member for any future service.
