Tub and shower fixtures

On June 13, we had 3 bathrooms tub/shower fixtures replaced or fixed, We were very lucky to two technicians, Brain and Christian come to do the work. They arrived around 7:30 and went over with us the issues we had in these bathrooms and what needed to be done. Then they went right to work fixing the problems. They worked the whole day on these bathrooms. They were very professional and polite, We liked our interaction with them. Their work was excellent. They cleaned up and made sure that everything was working well before they left. They let us know that the third bathroom were the tub fixture was leaking might need to be replaced like the other two bathrooms. The gave us a quote on how much it would cost. They told us if we had any questions to call the office. If or when we have more work done we would definitely like to have Brian and Christian back.

Varsity visited today to perform recommended maintenance on my Navien combi boiler John the technician who has worked on the our system before is always professional knowledgeable and pleasant He is happy to answer all our questions since this is much different than the heating system we had in the past. He sometimes provides us with some recommendations to think about but we never feel pressured. We value the communication and customer service we receive and will continue to use Varsity

I was extremely pleased with the courtesy, professionalism and expertise of Eli and Jim. They knew exactly what to do in adding on a proper filter track for me. Worked efficiently and answered any questions I had. I was very pleased and would highly recommend their services. I was referred to you by another satisfied customer, who has used Varsity over the years and was always satisfied.

Derek always gives all information related to any problems he finds upfront. He is super friendly and polite. He does an excellent job on the AC units. Totally honest too.
