Artie and Jake were excellent, professional and thorough in their work. Jake replaced a total of 4 water flow valves under the bathroom sink and two toilets. The spaces were tight but the work was done cleanly and expertly. Additionally , a critical section of 1 inch pipe in the basement that was the main source of water from the street had started to corrode. I recently was told by my oil burner guy that if that pipe blew, my basement would be filled with water in minutes……not a good scenario!! So that was taken care of by Artie, along with an additional shutoff valve that was installed right at the source to prevent any future disasters. …… Now I can sleep at night! Thank you!!!!

My installation team was led by Kevin with Alexis and Tyler. Kevin led me through a pre-installation check before beginning the work. They were very knowledgeable and professional and left my house spotless. I would recommend Varsity for this service.

When we discovered overnight there was a major leak somewhere in our plumbing we called Varsity at 7:15am, spoke to someone in the office and explained our emergency situation. She was very pleasant, understood our situation and told us Vidal would be at our house in 15 minutes, and he was! Vidal was extremely knowledgeable, professional, polite, thorough, patient and honest. He did an excellent job locating where the leak was and he explained everything that needed to be done. Once it was determined what the job was going to entail, Varsity sent another person (John C.) to work with Vidal to repair the leak behind the wall. John C. was also polite, professional and knowledgeable. The job was completed by 2:00pm. Since we were very pleased with the work Vidal and John C. did, we scheduled them to come back and fix some other issues. We plan on continuing to use Varsity in the future and would highly recommend them.

The service I received from Christopher Ioannou today was outstanding. Normally when most techs arrive, they are time stressed to meet multiple obligations. Today Chris installed my NuSheld. The original stop functioning in around one year. He explained how I would know it was working. He showed me the LED light to confirm its was functioning. He showed me a switch to shut it off in the winter when the air conditioning is not in service. He even came in the back to explain why I should not completely cover my outside Comfortmaker in the winter. All in all you have a great employee. Give that man a raise. :)
