The saying “You get what you pay for” cannot be more accuracy when using Varsity. Every person with whom you are in contact is knowledgeable, professional and friendly. There has never been a time over the years when the company has done a hard sell. The response time is great when there is a problem. Folks say they are pricy, but in my opinion, they are well worth it. Well done, VARSITY.

We were extremely pleased with the installation of our new heating and cooling systems. The Varsity team members, Alexis, Eli, James C. and Tyler W. were all prompt, personable, knowledgeable and were all very hard workers. We would highly recommend Varsity to our friends and family.

The Definition of Professionalism

Returning home to discover no heat or hot water is never pleasant, but even worse is being told that your state of the art, high efficiency burner is unrepairable due to the manufacturer’s discontinuation of the product and/or parts. Thankfully, we have a service contract with Varsity Home Service and they responded to my late night call promptly and courteously. I received a call from the office manager/dispatcher that their installation crew would be arriving within 30 minutes to an hour. In exactly 30 minutes time, 4 young men, Brandon, Ramon, Christian, and Jake arrived and immediately got to work. In addition to courteously addressing me, and taking measures to ensure they didn’t track up my floors, these hardworking men deported themselves professionally and spent the entire day installing the new equipment. They did not leave until ensuring that everything worked properly , the work area was cleaner than when the job was started, and we had no unsatisfied questions. At a time when slipshod workmanship is usually the norm, these men and this company clearly understand the meaning of Customer Servi

Smelled gas and contacted Varsity who had a technician to our house right away. The technician, Anthony S., was terrific. He found the leak which turned out not to be in the usual area in the burner but a valve on the pipes to the hot water heater. We found Anthony to be extremely knowledgeable, personable, and dedicated to his profession. The photos he took of the services that we needed done, for our heat and A/C, were very helpful when he had to discuss what was wrong, what needed to be done, and the cost for the work. It gave my husband and me a sense of security and trust that we were getting the best advice and service.
