Plumbing issue resolved by Vidal

The best plumber we have ever used. Honest, explained what needed to be done to remedy our multiple plumbing issues. We had a very difficult job that others might have given up on . Vidal persevered until the problem was resolved. Patiently explaining everything as he went along. I highly recommend a company like Varsity since they had the foresight to hire employees like Vidal and his crew!

Craig K. from Varsity came to inspect our heating and cooling system. We had moved in fairly recently and wanted to make sure everything was in working order, filters were up to date, and that we had what we needed to heat and cool our home efficiently. Craig checked all systems including our ductless unit in the garage. We went ahead with signing up for the MVP plan and feel comfortable knowing we have a professional, courteous company on call if we need them. Thanks, Craig!

Heat pump installation

I had a great experience with varsity for an installation of a heat pump and 2 mini splits. Booking the appointment online was convenient and got an estimate on the spot with Vinny who was very helpful. Job was completed a week later and done in one day by Eli, James, alexis, Kevin and Tyler who were all very nice and respectful. Customer service is great! Very hard to find a hvac company like this, they even bring treats for your dog !

Craig and Chris arrived promptly and assess the situation. He restored heat functionality and discussed the possibility of replacing my unit with more efficient system. Took the time to gather all the information and energy requirements for my home to give Vincent the information to draft an estimate for replacement. First time customer at Varsity. Impressed with the communication and continuity of service.
