We had the pleasure of meeting Artie for the 1st time during our annual plumbing review. At that time, he discovered a problem with our water heater which turned out why we were experiencing periods of discolored water from our faucets. He recommended that with the replacement of the heater that we invest in a water filtration system. We are so pleased that we trusted and followed his recommendation.

Tech. arrived on schedule, activated the heating system, conducted the inspection in a timely fashion. After service, Tech. delivered a verbal rundown of tests and findings. Answered our questions in detail. Closed up the area and departed without further ado.
