I have used Varsity in the past. They have always been reliable. On Friday, I needed a leak under my bathroom fix. A technician by the name of Vidal A. came. He was very friendly and courteous. After looking at the leaky pipe, he noticed that my faucet was corroded, which he replaced and that my toilet was very outdated and wasting water. Not only did he take the time to order me a new toilet right then, which his assistant went to get, he also ordered and replaced another toilet with the same problem. In addition to that, he replaced my hot water heater. He was very thorough in explaining the process and price, which I thought seemed reasonable. He gave you the option to decide what you wanted to do. He had patience to talk to me and very respectful of any questions I had. Vidal was very knowledgeable in explaining everything. I was amazed at the time, patience and hard work that he put into doing everything, which was a full day. I was astonished he came to fix a leaky pipe and did what he did. Joe was part of a team that came to replace our water heater and install a new water filtration system. He worked side by side with another technician and was very helpful especially with making and addressing issues where the transition from the old system required some tweaking which seems to be the norm when working in an older home like ours. My husband and I were very pleased with Joe and the team and the final job.

When any replacement of appliances or renovation occurs in an older home, like ours, there inevitably will be problems that require the expertise of a really good technician to make whatever changes are needed to make the project work. Ramon is that technician. While replacing our water heater and installing a new water filtration system, he met every obstacle head on and the finished product is perfect. Also, before, during, and when the job was finished, he not only answered our questions but gave us a detailed explanation of how the finished product worked and labeled all of the key valves. My husband and I were very pleased with the job done and Ramon’s part in the installation process where he was the lead technician.

We had the pleasure of meeting Artie for the 1st time during our annual plumbing review. At that time, he discovered a problem with our water heater which turned out why we were experiencing periods of discolored water from our faucets.
