I had a scheduled maintenance for my heating system. Derek and Anthony were the technicians. Both guys were knowledgeable, professional, courteous and friendly. Answered all my questions (and I had several!). They even checked my filters to see if they needed to be changed. I have used Varsity in the past and will continue to do so in the future.

Chris T. is an excellent , knowledgeable and pleasant technician, who came to my home to fix my gas furnace, Chris T, did an excellent job fixing my gas furnace on that day. I would love to recommend varsity tech in the future for friends and family in the future.

It started with talking to Erica who was incredibly helpful in discussing what I needed and my expectations, she had Derek out within 24 hours. He was prompt, courteous and incredibly professional. He explained the problem I was having and showed me other potential issues. He was great with giving me all the options and explaining them. When he was done, everything was cleaned up as well. Overall incredibly happy with the service and I will be using them again.

Eli went above and beyond on this visit. It started with a simple code error on the FGLair app, but led to a full hands on review of a previous and still current drip issue. Eli reviewed all previous steps and took logical next steps the previous technicians didn't make in an attempt to resolve the issue (confirmation that drip issue is now resolved still pending). He actually took the capping off outside to confirm the piping was pitched accordingly to drain properly. He also removed the inside unit to confirm everything was properly installed. He took his time and was very thorough with all his troubleshooting steps, and explained every step along the way. Eli was extremely pleasant, and was playful with my 3 year old son who was "supervising" his work :)
