Joseph I is truly five star team member. He is very knowledgeable, attentive, easy to understand and friendly. Based on my experience with Joe I would suggest Joe for Varsity's plumbing service.

Ryan and his partner were on time, professional, friendly and explained everything to me, and listened to my concerns. I could tell Ryan had a lot of experience in his craft as well as excellent customer relations skills. Thank you guys so much!

I called varsity yesterday and was given an early a.m appointment as i was upset on phone and Christine was nice enough to understand what was going on and really tried to help me be home for techs and get to work today.. both accomplished 👏👏⭐️ John and his partner both arrived promptly, explained the job so i could understand it fully and were extremely pleasant, efficient and neat. Thank you !!!

Phyn insstallation

Arty installed the Phyn whole house water shutoff device without any problems or issues. He also replaced two aging valves with ball valves. He worked efficiently and left the work area clean when finished. Although not the least expensive, working with Varsity was a good experience. The contacts with the office staff and follow ups was very good and reassuring.

This is the second time they came to my house and both technicians were excellent. Chris was very personable and professional and explained everything he was doing in detail. I'm so happy we found this company we will be using them as a mainstay in the future. No BS, no high pressure sale pitches, perfectly straight forward and honest like it should be.
