Very Professional and courteous went over our equipment and explained our options. We went with the MVP 3YR CONTRACT for 3yrs. On 5 options.

Joe and John worked hard to avoid an expensive headache that would involve cutting away the ceiling and floor of our house. Our old toilet needed to be replaced but our old one had bad parts that potentially would have involved much more destruction. They had the knowledge to fix the problem and only had to break away at a tile on the floor. Saved me a little time and a bunch of money. Much appreciated.

I had several matters addressed...moving a P trap, replacing an expansion tank and replacing a hose bib outside the house. Joe and Jake were very helpful and explained everything they were doing. They did good work and were very pleasant to work with.

I called varsity yesterday and was given an early a.m appointment as i was upset on phone and Christine was nice enough to understand what was going on and really tried to help me be home for techs and get to work today.. both accomplished 👏👏⭐️ John and his partner both arrived promptly, explained the job so i could understand it fully and were extremely pleasant, efficient and neat. Thank you !!!
