As a service technician myself for over 47years. I understand and respect a true professional.. Artur is a very professional and hard worker. He made a repair to my main 3” copper drain that is in a very Tight place!! That didn’t stop artur removing and replacing the 3 inch copper section that was leaking. The repair was made and the finished repair could not have been any better. Great job Artur!,

This company really knows what they’re doing. Their service is impeccable. From the moment you first call in, to the tech arriving at your home. They must provide customer skills to their employees. James arrived and greeted me and actually looked at me ( a surprise from the younger generation). He diagnosed the problem and explained the repair and maintenance needed. I have been a Varsity customer for over 13 years. I have had many technicians here over that time, all were very good. James is the best and the most knowledgeable so far.
