James was very nice and knowledgeable. He was very easy to speak to understood my concerns. He was also very personable and I know that my problem will get taken care of due to his work ethic. Get more people like him!!

You can't find someone else who can do what James has done , fast and furious, for my house --- making it COOL again within 2 hours! The whole VARSITY team, from Erica (email) to Melissa (phone call) to James (THE man!), has done a superb job! Thank you, VARSITY! And THANK YOU, JAMES!!!

I called about my AC not working. It was the day after a major Holiday which must have been a very busy day And you Still squeezed me in. The tech arrived, knew exactly what was wrong and fixed it. He was a great young man..Great job and great people. Cant thank you enough. I am disabled and heat sensitive and you saved me. Again thank you.

I would highly recommend Varsity to anyone who needs a plumber. Artur was very professional, he answered all my questions and completed all the required repairs quickly and efficiently. Very good experience, will use Varsity again!

I was glad to know Derek was the technician that came to check out my air conditioner He is always efficient, clean and personable He took care of problem and our unit is working much better. I am very pleased to know I will be enjoying a cool home during our summer season

Derek was very friendly and knowledgeable. He took time to explain any questions that I had. He was very patient and explained things till I understood them. When I make an appointment I ask for Derek. Highly recommend Varsity and their technicians.
