Kyle was very thorough. He is very polite, neat, and professional. He spoke with my husband, Richard, and went over a few things with him. We recommend him to everyone. Varsity needs to make sure they keep this excellent service rep employed there. We would love for him to come to our home every time we call Varsity for HVAC service.

Eli was the team leader of my installation and crew and they were very knowledgeable about the installation and products being installed. The process was explained to me every step of the way and the crew were very careful to keep me updated on their progress. I could see the crew communicated well among themselves and they were able to make adjustments to the work along the way based on the conditions of the walls and location of installation. This was a truly professional crew and they completed the installation as promised. They prepared for the work and cleaned up after themselves and left everything perfect. I recommend this company and crew to anyone that wants a job done promptly and professionally. I am impressed and amazed by my new cooling system.

I had a water leak in my basement caused by an issue with my air conditioning system. I had 2 people troubleshoot and try to fix it before Derek came from Varsity Home Service. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly and efficiently. I couldn't be happier with the way he and Varsity handled this problem from start to finish. The cost was very reasonable and Derek was a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend Varsity to anyone in need of a repair or maintenance.
