Derek was very friendly and knowledgeable. He took time to explain any questions that I had. He was very patient and explained things till I understood them. When I make an appointment I ask for Derek. Highly recommend Varsity and their technicians.

As a service technician myself for over 47years. I understand and respect a true professional.. Artur is a very professional and hard worker. He made a repair to my main 3” copper drain that is in a very Tight place!! That didn’t stop artur removing and replacing the 3 inch copper section that was leaking. The repair was made and the finished repair could not have been any better. Great job Artur!,

Varsity Plumbing & Home services has proven to be a very professional Company. Over the years, I have purchased a contract and renewed it again because the customer service is top notch. I appreciate a company that gives five star customer service as well as when Artur or any other of their technicians comes to our home, they are respectful courteous and they do a good job. I do recommend Varsity Home Services to my friends and family whenever they ask my opinion about a plumbing service.

This company really knows what they’re doing. Their service is impeccable. From the moment you first call in, to the tech arriving at your home. They must provide customer skills to their employees. James arrived and greeted me and actually looked at me ( a surprise from the younger generation). He diagnosed the problem and explained the repair and maintenance needed. I’ve been very pleased with this company and would give them ten stars if I could. Thanks Varsity.

Chris and Jake were my team for my cooling system service. They worked well together. They were friendly and went right to work to fix my problem. A great team. Thank you for checking twice to make sure the noise in my attic was gone.
