John did an excellent job of changing the water filter. He explained everything thoroughly, and was very courteous and friendly. I called varsity yesterday and was given an early a.m appointment as i was upset on phone and Christine was nice enough to understand what was going on and really tried to help me be home for techs and get to work today.. both accomplished 👏👏⭐️ John and his partner both arrived promptly, explained the job so i could understand it fully and were extremely pleasant, efficient and neat. Courteous and professional service
From the minute John arrived until the minute he left, John was courteous and considerate. He had to replace a Delta faucet and met with problems from the Delta company despite their lifetime warranty. I have serious health issues and john did everything that he could to make things easier for me. He helped me remove the items under the sink which was difficult with a prolapsed pelvis and did a through clean-up afterwards. The process was painful for me so thank you for sending a polite professional, caring technician to my home. John went above and beyond in completing the job and helping me.
John Contino is great and considerate technician.
John Contino came to my home to assess my plumbing issue. He tried his best to help us to resolve the problem. It was working for a little bit but the problem come back and found out later the toilet needs more work.He comes back on the same day check the job. John is very considerate and fair to his customer. He considered our payment on that day to be our deposit for the next job. Since my bathroom needs more work. He said if he cannot do the job someone will do it for me the next day. John is an asset of the company.
