John Contino is great and considerate technician.
John Contino came to my home to assess my plumbing issue. He tried his best to help us to resolve the problem. It was working for a little bit but the problem come back and found out later the toilet needs more work.He comes back on the same day check the job. John is very considerate and fair to his customer. He considered our payment on that day to be our deposit for the next job. Since my bathroom needs more work. He said if he cannot do the job someone will do it for me the next day. John is an asset of the company.

Ejector pump
I called varsity yesterday and was given an early a.m appointment as i was upset on phone and Christine was nice enough to understand what was going on and really tried to help me be home for techs and get to work today.. both accomplished 👏👏⭐️ John and his partner both arrived promptly, explained the job so i could understand it fully and were extremely pleasant, efficient and neat.
