John was a pleasure to deal with, very courteous and explained the issue to my son. Price was right for the job and he was in and out so I wasn’t late for work. John came out for a clogged line per the previous tech and after talking with me and looking at the issue he quickly determined it was an issue with the float sensor. After some adjusting the system seems to be working and best of all no clogged pipe. John was knowledgeable and explained what he found and what he did to repair. I need a follow up from the office on warranty paperwork of the installed units.

May 8…First time user of Varsity Home Service. John was plumbing tech (he didn’t give last name). Had toilet tank leak. Problem diagnosed with replacing pipe and tank valve. Job well done.would definitely recommend and use again.
