I called varsity yesterday and was given an early a.m appointment as i was upset on phone and Christine was nice enough to understand what was going on and really tried to help me be home for techs and get to work today.. both accomplished 👏👏⭐️ John and his partner both arrived promptly, explained the job so i could understand it fully and were extremely pleasant, efficient and neat. May 8…First time user of Varsity Home Service. John was plumbing tech (he didn’t give last name). Had toilet tank leak. Problem diagnosed with replacing pipe and tank valve. Job well done.would definitely recommend and use again.

John is an excellent technician. He is experienced and has an excellent rapport when he finds something which was the case during the annual review. He was patient and explained what was needed and why in a way that was easy to understand. He was courteous and obviously takes great pride in his work. He cleaned up, beautifully, after the job was completed. My husband and I highly recommend John for any plumbing issues anyone may have.
Annual Maintenance service
We had our annual maintenance service on Jan 16, 2025. The technician who came to do the inspection was John. He was very professional. He checked each of our bathrooms, kitchen and laundry room. He explained the issues that he was finding, in each of those rooms. He gave us three options to consider, He e-mailed the options to us so that we could review and decide what we wanted to do.
