John was a pleasure to deal with, very courteous and explained the issue to my son. Price was right for the job and he was in and out so I wasn’t late for work. John did an excellent job of changing the water filter. He explained everything thoroughly, and was very courteous and friendly. He was extremely helpful in teaching me about the valves and how the filter works. Thank you for the service John provided. Because of John, and Varsity Home Service we have healthy water and are safe in our home.

I have used Varsity in the past and now remember why. Fast and friendly service. John C. was great in explaining possible issues and pinpointed the problem quickly. Once fixed, he tested and retested to make sure no other issues. Dealing with home issues is never fun but Varsity does an outstanding job. Thanks again

John came out for a clogged line per the previous tech and after talking with me and looking at the issue he quickly determined it was an issue with the float sensor. After some adjusting the system seems to be working and best of all no clogged pipe. John was knowledgeable and explained what he found and what he did to repair. I need a follow up from the office on warranty paperwork of the installed units.
