John did an excellent job of changing the water filter. He explained everything thoroughly, and was very courteous and friendly. He was extremely helpful in teaching me about the valves and how the filter works. Thank you for the service John provided. John came out for a clogged line per the previous tech and after talking with me and looking at the issue he quickly determined it was an issue with the float sensor. After some adjusting the system seems to be working and best of all no clogged pipe. John was knowledgeable and explained what he found and what he did to repair. I need a follow up from the office on warranty paperwork of the installed units.
Courteous and professional service
From the minute John arrived until the minute he left, John was courteous and considerate. He had to replace a Delta faucet and met with problems from the Delta company despite their lifetime warranty. I have serious health issues and john did everything that he could to make things easier for me. He helped me remove the items under the sink which was difficult with a prolapsed pelvis and did a through clean-up afterwards. The process was painful for me so thank you for sending a polite professional, caring technician to my home. John went above and beyond in completing the job and helping me.
