We had our annual maintenance service on Jan 16, 2025. The technician who came to do the inspection was John. He was very professional. He checked each of our bathrooms, kitchen and laundry room. He explained the issues that he was finding, in each of those rooms. He gave us three options to consider, He e-mailed the options to us so that we could review and decide what we wanted to do.

It was excellent. Arrived on time. They were very tidy .very polite and courteous. I strongly recommend contacting Varsity if you need work done on plumbing, heating or cooling. They also do emergency services

John provided excellent service and was able to fix my plumbing problem. He was very friendly and informative and explained everything. He educated me about Nassau county water issues. Varsity service providers are the people who take care of real problems and provide customer education They are the people who keep society running. I pray for them every day
FAUCET INSTALLATION
John skillfully installed my faucet. He did an excellent job !. When answering my many questions, he was polite, patient and informative.
Great service
I have used Varsity in the past and now remember why. Fast and friendly service. John C. was great in explaining possible issues and pinpointed the problem quickly. Once fixed, he tested and retested to make sure no other issues. Dealing with home issues is never fun but Varsity does an outstanding job. Thanks again
Yearly Maintenence
He was professional, courteous and did a thorough job completing the work that needed to be done. He wasn't forceful in recommending the work that needed to be done, but instead was honest, which I appreciated.
John Fixed It
John came out for a clogged line per the previous tech and after talking with me and looking at the issue he quickly determined it was an issue with the float sensor. After some adjusting the system seems to be working and best of all no clogged pipe. John was knowledgeable and explained what he found and what he did to repair. I need a follow up from the office on warranty paperwork of the installed units.

This company was honest, BEFOREHAND, gave us the option to decide. We had leaking, and John 1 came out exactly when he said. However, we needed the truck with other equipment. Appointment was booked in front of us with an option to cancel. Now John C (2) came was with us 90 minutes gave explanation of what he was doing. This technician (actually both) were polite, explained what the issues were. I found this company on a local 24/7 plumber website. I didn't read 1 review, like they say desperate times. We took a shot and literally fell in love with this company. If i could given 10 stars I would. Thank you Varsity
shutoff valve and shower faucet repair
lVarsity employees John and Brian performed maintenance to replace a main shut off valve. Then they also replaced a malfunctioning faucet assembly in my shower. Both techs acted in an efficient, professional manner. They explained what they were doing, and why they were doing it. They were neat, and cleaned up after the work. My family and I recommend these two techs. We have called upon Varsity several times in the past years. They also showed us that the main shut off valve on the Water Authority's side was leaking, and the ground wire was corroded. We have notified the Authority. We would not have known about this problem if the techs had not told us.
