John Contino came to my home to assess my plumbing issue. He tried his best to help us to resolve the problem. It was working for a little bit but the problem come back and found out later the toilet needs more work.He comes back on the same day check the job. John is very considerate and fair to his customer. He considered our payment on that day to be our deposit for the next job. Since my bathroom needs more work. He said if he cannot do the job someone will do it for me the next day. John is an asset of the company.
Over all experience
John was a pleasure to deal with, very courteous and explained the issue to my son. Price was right for the job and he was in and out so I wasn’t late for work.
