John was polite and very professional. His evaluation was very thorough. I would definitely use Varsity again.

John did an excellent job of changing the water filter. He explained everything thoroughly, and was very courteous and friendly. He was extremely helpful in teaching me about the valves and how the filter works. Thank you for the service John provided. Because of John, and Varsity Home Service we have healthy water and are safe in our home.

John was a pleasure to deal with, very courteous and explained the issue to my son. Price was right for the job and he was in and out so I wasn’t late for work. It was excellent. Arrived on time. They were very tidy .very polite and courteous. I strongly recommend contacting Varsity if you need work done on plumbing, heating or cooling. They also do emergency services

I have used Varsity in the past and now remember why. Fast and friendly service. John C. was great in explaining possible issues and pinpointed the problem quickly. Once fixed, he tested and retested to make sure no other issues. Dealing with home issues is never fun but Varsity does an outstanding job. Thanks again

I called varsity yesterday and was given an early a.m appointment as i was upset on phone and Christine was nice enough to understand what was going on and really tried to help me be home for techs and get to work today.. both accomplished 👏👏⭐️ John and his partner both arrived promptly, explained the job so i could understand it fully and were extremely pleasant, efficient and neat. Thank you !!!

Courteous and professional service

From the minute John arrived until the minute he left, John was courteous and considerate. He had to replace a Delta faucet and met with problems from the Delta company despite their lifetime warranty. I have serious health issues and john did everything that he could to make things easier for me. He helped me remove the items under the sink which was difficult with a prolapsed pelvis and did a through clean-up afterwards. The process was painful for me so thank you for sending a polite professional, caring technician to my home. John went above and beyond in completing the job and helping me.
