John Contino came to my home to assess my plumbing issue. He tried his best to help us to resolve the problem. It was working for a little bit but the problem come back and found out later the toilet needs more work.He comes back on the same day check the job. John is very considerate and fair to his customer. He considered our payment on that day to be our deposit for the next job. Since my bathroom needs more work. He said if he cannot do the job someone will do it for me the next day. John is an asset of the company.

John did an excellent job of changing the water filter. He explained everything thoroughly, and was very courteous and friendly. John is an excellent technician. He is experienced and has an excellent rapport when he finds something which was the case during the annual review. He was patient and explained what was needed and why in a way that was easy to understand. He was courteous and obviously takes great pride in his work. Yearly Maintenence
He was professional, courteous and did a thorough job completing the work that needed to be done. He wasn't forceful in recommending the work that needed to be done, but instead was honest, which I appreciated.
Annual Maintenance service
We had our annual maintenance service on Jan 16, 2025. The technician who came to do the inspection was John. He was very professional. He checked each of our bathrooms, kitchen and laundry room. He explained the issues that he was finding, in each of those rooms. He gave us three options to consider, He e-mailed the options to us so that we could review and decide what we wanted to do.
