Pump problem
Luiz arrived on time and got right to work. He was able to unclog the pump and get it running again. He was friendly and courteous and explained everything he did. 5 stars plus!! Another great experience with Varsity!!

Luis S. and James C. are both excellent and phenomenal HVAC / plumbing technician . They came to our home yesterday to fixed our furnace issue that a soft wire that runs through inside and outside the furnace is called to be a violation of Suffolk county codes. Luis S. answers my questions. He is very pleasant , kind, professional , quick and very efficient technician.
LUIS WAS OUTSTANDING
Job was to remove and replace a pedestal sink and a toilet from a small bathroom and replace them with a vanity sink and another toilet. Luis did a great job replacing both units and made sure he protected the floors by placing a tarp all around. Luis is a keeper.
