Vinny D. gave a thorough investigation of all aspects of my failing central air conditioning units. He examined the units from the outside, the basement, and the attic. He explained the new units and what would be included in the new system. Vinny explained in detail my financing options and plans for payment. He was very professional, but also friendly and understanding. He did not rush through the process and was very patient. Afterward, Vinny called me to set up the installation date. I am grateful to have had Vinny as our Comfort Specialist from Varsity Home Service. This company also replaced our heating system and the work was top notch.

We had water coming out from the shingles of our home. We called and was told they could send someone by 6 pm. Johnathan arrived onetime, was extremely polite and professional. He determined the problem and corrected it very quickly. I would definitely recommend Johnathan for anyone with plumbing issues. I would also like to thank Sylvia for getting us an appointment that same day. The staff at Varsity are always professional and knowledgeable. thank you.
