Kevin arrived and did a tremendous job of identifying the problem and did not leave until unit worked correctly. The main problem turned out to be a wiring issue. Kevin also made the operation of the thermostat more user friendly. A rating of 10+ for Kevin

Henry conducted my yearly service. He was prompt and courteous. He made recommendations to me without being forceful or aggressive. I agreed to have a part replaced. Upon completed he sent me a screenshot of the damaged part, which I appreciated. I highly recommend him.

Annual Heating Inspection

We have been using Varsity for our plumbing, heating and AC services since 2001. Just had our annual heating inspection done on our two furnaces. Larry was the technician. Larry was totally professional and knowledgeable. He explained all he did thoroughly We have their VIP contract and were quoted pleased as always !

John and Jimmy were both great; skilled, clean, respectful and efficient. The telephone contact, I believe Christine, was fantastic; friendly, reliable and informative. Water Heater Installation

Had a hot water heater installed. From the estimate to the finished installation Varsity’s people were courteous, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. The installers were both excellent. They both worked together and completed the job precisely. Their workmanship is impeccable. I would recommend Varsity to my friends and family for a job well done. ( PS: Give the installers a raise, without them you have nothing)

Knowledgeable and Professional HVAC

On November 10, 2025 we had a humidifier unit installed by Larry G. He went above and beyond to install the unit in our 30 year old townhouse. As usual, the job required some masterful work around which is typical with a home as old as ours. We could not be more pleased with the completed job. Larry is an excellent technician who is very knowledgeable about the technical aspects of his job. He is personable, takes care to discuss what will be done in a way that can be understood, and loves his job which is an asset.
