Marc came the next day to evaluate and was able to locate the leak. He was very professional and informative. I was able to get an appointment for 2 days later. They wanted to give me the next day, but that didn't work for me, They arrive exactly when I was told they would, Ramon, Sean F and Brian S. They worked without stomping until the job was one. Each one of them was pleasant and knowledgeable. If I ever need plumbing work, I will call and request all of them again.
Excellent Service
Had a pipe burst in my ceiling and Marc came in an hour. Was able to locate and repair the damaged pipe quickly and cleanly. Even offered to clean up a little afterwards which was a thoughtful gesture. Excellent service all around!
Great Service and Top Notch Plumbers
Having issues with my washing machine drain system. John quickly identified the problem was with the existing drainage setup and not due to sludge buildup or corrosion (all pbc piping). John came back two days later and installed a compliant drainage system. As a customer who understands a bit about drainage systems, John's honest evaluation and quick resolution was refreshing in this age of questionable service providers. Highly recommended.

Kevin arrived and did a tremendous job of identifying the problem and did not leave until unit worked correctly. The main problem turned out to be a wiring issue. Kevin also made the operation of the thermostat more user friendly. A rating of 10+ for Kevin
Yearly Heating Service
Henry conducted my yearly service. He was prompt and courteous. He made recommendations to me without being forceful or aggressive. I agreed to have a part replaced. Upon completed he sent me a screenshot of the damaged part, which I appreciated. I highly recommend him.

Annual Heating Inspection
We have been using Varsity for our plumbing, heating and AC services since 2001. Just had our annual heating inspection done on our two furnaces. Larry was the technician. Larry was totally professional and knowledgeable. He explained all he did thoroughly We have their VIP contract and were quoted pleased as always !

Water Heater Installation
Had a hot water heater installed. From the estimate to the finished installation Varsity’s people were courteous, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. The installers were both excellent. They both worked together and completed the job precisely. Their workmanship is impeccable. I would recommend Varsity to my friends and family for a job well done.
