Brian, with his knowledge, explained every issue necessary regarding the mechanics of the oil burner and how it functions and why our specific burner wasn't functioning efficiently. Very courteous and polite. Would definitely recommend his services.

Brian came out to assist with a leaking boiler. He was able to assess the issue, articulate and thoroughly explain the plan of action, and complete the work quickly. As usual he was professional, thorough, and very knowledgeable. He is a real asset to your company. He makes you guys look good!!!

Expectations

Chris came to my residence to set up/check out the conversion of heating system from Cooling from Summer to Heating for Winter. Chris was very timely in getting to my residence at the scheduled time, he was professional in his communications with explaining what he had to do and was neat in cleaning up and removing what needed to be done. We always hope that service reps do what we "expect" but it just isn't always the case. Chris more than met my expectations and Varsity becomes more professional by having an employee such as and like Chris representing their firm.

You 11/8/2021 1:09 PM I would like to say that it was quite a pleasure having Derek troubleshoot my furnace this afternoon. He is a very polite and professional young man. He was able to explain what was wrong with my furnace in understandable terms and the repairs that are needed to correct the issue. If at all possible, I would like to have Derek come back to do the repairs.
