Air conditioning start up

Varsity sent Steven to start up our air conditioners. Steven was polite and thorough with the process starting inside checking for proper temperature from the units. Then outside to check on the compressors. Steven found a issue and brought it to our attention and suggested that it should be covered by the manufacture warranty and that Varsity would check on it. Vary happy with Steven and Varsity.

AC start up

Danny did my AC startup today. He was very prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to make sure everything was running well, and even took the time to vacuum the filter cover! He made a few recommendations on maintenance for next year’s start up since my house is on the water to make sure my system continues working well. Really pleasant experience.

It was a fairly routine check of our air conditioning system, but Santiago really made my day by not just doing the job efficiently and thoroughly, but also by just being a really warm and friendly person who was as patient with my questions as he was with my barking dog! It's really a wonderful thing when someone manages to put a human face on what is essentially a commercial transaction, and by the time he left I not only felt that Santiago had completely checked my unit for the approaching warm weather, but that he had already brought a bit of summer into my life with his sunny personality and all-around niceness. Thank you, Santiago!!!

Vidal was awesome. After a few minutes I felt like I was talking to a friend! Consummate professional, and very personable. Honest, communicative and knowledgeable! And of course he fixed my shower perfectly! I would have him back no problem!
