Derek is an excellent technition and we would definitely request him again. He was friendly, professional, courtious, knowledgeable and performed a thorough inspection/service/maintenance. Best service I have ever experienced , Danny was so informative and polite, he talks about his trade like he loves getting up every day and working in the worst areas of the house, he went from my extremely tight attic which had to be over 100 degrees to crawling around my crawl space under my house. He explained everything he was doing and kept me informed about what he found during my cooking inspection and also did everything in his power to get us the best possible price. He also did a great job teaching his apprentice while making sure he double and triple checked all work done...PS he is also quite easy on the eyes. I would definitely recommend varsity to anyone looking to get top notch service . I’m sure all varsity technicians are great but if your lucky enough to get Danny you will be in great hands. Varsity is lucky to have such a unbelievable senior technician in this

Luis was the technician who responded to my service call. He was very professional while giving me a full explanation of the problem and promptly repairing it. Before leaving he checked the system for any potential problems. He is an asset to this company.
