Chris entered my home politely and professionally. He did the annual check for my air conditioning. He explained everything he did and updated me on the condition of the unit and its parts; which was perfect condition. He shows integrity for his work and represents the company in an exemplary way. Nice kid.

Let me start by saying I have NEVER written a review online before. I feel compelled to share my experience now because it was so stellar that it shouldn’t go unnoticed. Anthony Montana and crew exceeded my expectations in every way possible. Let me tell you something...I am very meticulous and NOT easy to please...but Varsity provided excellent service from start to finish. From the administrative process, to Anthony’s initial walkthrough, to installation day, to even their follow up calls the next day...everything went remarkably well and all my questions/concerns were professionally addressed. After receiving multiple proposals...Varsity was the most competitively priced...yet...I would never have known it based on the quality of service that I received. If you are looking for a company to perform your heating/plumbing/air conditioning needs, look no further, Varsity IS the gold standard.

Very impressed how I was called a few times keeping me abreast as to when to expect the technician. When Derek arrived he was polite and friendly and observed all the Covid prevention protocol. He took care of my annual a/c inspection. I have been very pleased with Varsity installations, inspections and overall attention to details.
