Of course my A/C unit would go on the hottest day of 2020. Asked my neighbor if he knew anyone who could help. Without hesitation he gave me the # to Varsity!! Great technician, Derek came to help. He was thorough, knowledgeable and wore a mask, gloves and booties over his shoes! All very much appreciated. I signed a one year contract on the spot!! Thank you Varsity and Derek!!

Central A/C Inspection

Derek was the technician who came to do the inspection on my central air conditioning unit. He did a thorough inspection of the unit and made a recommendation that was brilliant. There was no need to call back to make an appointment, he took care of it right on the spot! I couldn’t be more pleased with the knowledge and professionalism he showed during the inspection. Before starting the additional work, he gave me a quote and explained the process so there were no surprises. I would highly recommend Derek and Varsity, you won’t be disappointed!!

I want to thank your team for responding to my emergency. Your call center was great in listening to my problem and making very effort to assist. He called back as promised. And through some miracle of his making he dispatched a tech to our house. Although the technician was not able to fix my HVAC at the time he did explain what he did and what the problem was.
