Jim, the tech that came to my house today, 5/28/20, was professional, friendly and knew what he was doing. I just need a yearly maintenance to check a/c system. He was covid-prepared as another customer stated. Very happy with him and Varsity as a company.

Excellent service,! Mask, gloves and booties. All precautionary tasks were taken. Was very thorough, efficient and focused on fixing the issue with my unit. Did a great job. I will definitely be using them for the future.

I am giving Derek a 5 star rating. He is professional, efficient and knowledgeable. He went over the advantages of the ultra violet lighting for my system that I had never heard of and I was glad to be made aware of this. He looked at my water heater and my burner. He even checked on my filters. Now that is efficieny.
