New Water Heater

We needed a new water heater all weekend and the people we were using didn’t come or call. I had to call them on Monday morning for an appointment. I get a phone call back from the other company saying they don’t deal with water heaters. I said your company should’ve told me this on Saturday as I would’ve had it fixed same day. I then found Varsity and they have been nothing but nice and so helpful. I was their next customer and they were done within a few hours installing our new water heater. It’s bigger and working great. Staff is awesome and very personable.

Connor was very friendly, professional & knowledgeable. Diagnosed the problem immediately and how to remedy the situation. Also, explained how & where the water comes into the home and into the oil burner. Learned things We never knew before. Even showed us where the valves are for the water coming into home. Had we known that, we could have turned off the water as soon as we discovered the leak to minimize any water damage at the site of the leak. We will highly recommend him to anyone searching for a good plumber in the future and we give him a 5 star review.

From start to finish the service was very Professional and thorough. My pilot light was out and broken. Jim the Technician was at my house within the hour, and had the Heat restored shorty after. I couldn't be more happy with the service. Thank you.

Excellent Company I had no heat , they came with space heaters and completely the job I one day. Excellent staff very knowledge. All staff was so polite couldn’t help you enough Left the place very clean

Over last week or so with major foundation slab leaks and water heating lines so we had Varsity Plumbing's Tim and his partner repair and rerout lines above to eliminate future cement underground issues. My wife and I were very happy and relieved with their excellent work!

From my initial call speaking to Jennifer to meeting my Tech. Tim Koerner. Then speaking to Suzanne it's been a wonderful experience. Jennifer gave me a call back to let me know when Tech was coming. Tim the Tech was so nice and spot on!! He's coming back tomorrow to do another job. He's our guy for GOOD!! Thank You Suzanne for talking to the Dispatcher to allow Tim to come back tomorrow!! They had him set to do another job but put me in the 8 a.m. slot so we could have Tim again. He replaced both 90° angle fittings that run to washer. Tomorrow he will replace our old stripped 3 piece shower handle to a one piece. He explained that companies are fazing out 3 piece units so parts are becoming harder to get. Thanks Tim for the Heads Up. The price was doable for us. And we are Seniors on mine alones fixed income. Lastly. Their reviews were Top Notch!! When l saw so many Italian customers as l am one myself and l know how we are with our homes & gardens l said go for it!! Glad l did!! Tim Koerner will be our Plumber as long as he works for Varsity. Highly recommend. Remember. Nothing is cheap today and you get what you pay for. Good Ventures to all looking for a excellent company. Johnny I. ??????
