Great service, top quality technicians & quick response

Would highly recommend this company. They sent help very quickly when we had no heat and family members who were elderly and ill in our home. The technician explained what was wrong with our system and the alternative repair choices very thoroughly and clearly.We decided to replace our system and they were able to do it the next day.Very skilled and neat work.Labeled the working parts of my system clearly and explained how it worked. Recommend this company highly

Varsity was great/ James came to my house at the time promised and diagnosed the problem. He explained things well to me. Billy, Chris and Chris worked all day in frigid weather to install new furnace. Left my house clean.

The technician that came to my house was Eddie. He was very calm and easy to talk to, also loved my dogs! I had a frozen pipe in the attic. It needed to be thawed and he did what he had to do. Within the hour (thank God) the hot water was running again. The hourly charge was definitely a shock to me, but they did waive the service fee. All and all Eddie was great, just very costly. I do not know what others would have charged.

When we found ourselves with a broken pipe and water seeping everywhere, Varsity saved the day. They were very responsive, prompt and professional every step of the way. Will arrived and diagnosed the problem. Next day Ryan arrived promptly and didn't stop working until our broken pipe was fixed and the job complete early in the evening. He was awesome. Very pleased with Varsity plumbing.
