Chris and his technician (sorry didn't get his name) before entering put shoe covers on to prevent dirtying my house. Took him a few minutes to diagnose, fixed problem and we have great. Respectful person with great manners. Knowledgeable in what he was doing. Pricing was fair. Thank you for giving me heat!
