The Beat Goes On

I have been using Varsity since 2009 and fortunately have never had a bad experience. An issue arose with not getting any hot water in my residence and this is just after they installed a new Hot Water Heater 90 days ago. They checked it all out and saw nothing wrong with the unit and after "rebooting" it they determined that it must have been a vent issue from the roof with something likely blocking the system. Hopefully the problem will not reoccur or they said they will have to return with a much longer ladder to access the roof for further analysis. All is good for now. The technician was professional and thorough.

Our experience with Varsity is always great. Today’s service with Anthony S was exceptional. He was unbelievably knowledgeable in the field. He worked fast, competent. It is hard to get good help these days. Anthony S took pride in his work and generally was concerned with any issues we had. He was patient and kind and made sure we were happy. What a pleasurable experience.

Vidal did excellent follow up on a problem he identified and offered a solution His work today was complete and efficient and he worked in a positive and instructive manner with his partner. I especially liked that he explained and showed me his findings each step of the way and showed me the resolution and improvement his work in replumbing my kitchen drain had accomplished. He also found a new problem and quickly resolved it at this visit. He also reminded me of future maintenance needs on my hot water device and made a notation on a service record attached to the heater. I appreciated his good communication skills, and cleanliness of the area when he was done
